The Customer's Order shall not be deemed as accepted by MacSams Tyres unless and until the second Order Confirmation email has been issued to the Customer. Prices & Services
Returns 1. Refunds to the customer are at the sole discretion of MacSams Tyres. In the event MacSams Tyres grant a refund any costs incurred by MacSams Tyres in facilitating the refund shall be met by the customer.
2. Within seven days from the date of delivery the customer shall be entitled to a refund subject to (Returns Clause 1) provided the tyre(s) have not been used in any way and are in the same condition when the customer received them. In this event the customer shall bare the entire cost of returning the tyre(s) to MacSams Tyres and shall indemnify MacSams Tyres against any such costs.
No alteration to these terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between authorised representatives of the Customer and MacSams Tyres.

All advice or recommendations given by MacSams Tyres or its employees or agents to the Customer or its employees or agents as to the application or use of the Tyre(s) which is not confirmed in writing by MacSams Tyres is followed or acted upon entirely at the Customer's own risk, and MacSams Tyres shall not be liable for any such advice or recommendation which is not confirmed.
MacSams Tyres reserves the right to change the tyres(s) at any time, without notice, at the sole discretion of MacSams Tyres.
MacSams Tyres reserves the right, by giving notice to the Customer at any time before issuing of the Order Confirmation, to increase the price of the Goods as result of increased cost to MacSams Tyres due to any factor outwith MacSams Tyres control or any change to delivery dates, specifications or quantities requested by the customer or any delay caused by any instructions of the customer or failure by the customer to provide adequate information to MacSams Tyres.
Payment
Any dates quoted for fitting of the tyre(s) are approximate only and not guaranteed and MacSams Tyres shall not be liable for any delay in fitting of the Goods howsoever caused. Time for fitting shall not be of the essence of the Contract unless previously agreed by MacSams Tyres in Writing.
Delivery of the tyre(s) shall be evidenced by the return to MacSams Tyres of its or its authorised carriers' official packing/delivery note which, howsoever signed as acknowledgement of receipt of the tyre(s), shall constitute proof of delivery of the items specified in it.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Scotland
The Customer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of the Customer's Order submitted and for supplying MacSams Tyres with any necessary information relating to the tyres(s) within a sufficient time to enable MacSams Tyres to fulfil the contract in accordance with its terms. MacSams Tyres shall not liable for inaccurate information being supplied by the Customer.
MacSams Tyres reserve the right to decline or cancel any order without reason and where appropriate issue a refund.
Subject to Returns Clause 1 the Customer's Order may not be cancelled by the Customer after the second Order Confirmation has been issued except with the agreement in writing of MacSams Tyres. The Customer shall indemnify MacSams Tyres in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by MacSams Tyres as a result of cancellation by the Customer of the Customer's order.
All prices and services are correct at the time of going to press but may be withdrawn or changed for reasons beyond our control.
The price of the tyres(s) shall be the price specified by MacSams Tyres in the Order Confirmation email, or, if no price is quoted the price listed in MacSams Tyres price list or website at the date and time of the Order Confirmation.
MacSams Tyres shall be entitled to payment in full for the price of the tyres(s) (including VAT) on the date of the Customer's Order. MacSams Tyres shall debit the Customer's credit/debit card with payment in full for the tyres(s) and applicable Value Added Tax on or after the date of the Customer's Order
Delivery
Delivery of the tyres(s) shall be made by MacSams Tyres when the tyres(s) are fitted to the Customer's vehicle by the fitting centre specified in the Order Confirmation or other fitting centre as approved in advance by MacSams Tyres.
